Video Submission Guidelines

I, as an active member of Wareham Media or resident of Wareham, have read, am familiar with, and agree to abide by the policies and procedures of Wareham Media. Link to Policies and Procedures
I understand that the material I submit will be used for programming on Wareham Media’s Public, Education, and/or Government access channels.
Presentation of Programming:
The undersigned known herein as the “Producer” or “Sponsor” agrees that the videotape or telecast broadcast through Wareham Media meets the following but is not limited to the following criteria:
1. The material may contain “advisory material” and is stated on this form
2. The material broadcast or telecast contains no commercial advertising material
3. The material contains no unauthorized use of copyrighted material
4. The material is supported by accurate releases and copyrights
The producer/sponsor agrees to take full responsibility for the broadcast or telecast on Wareham Media and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Wareham Media and its employees, Comcast/Verizon and its employees, and the Town of Wareham, its Directors and Employees. The Producer/Sponsor is responsible for any claims brought on by the actions of a Producer, guests, or audience members.
